I came to Brow Heaven for a Brazilian wax, and I was so nervous because it was my first time. The technician was incredibly kind and professional, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything step by step, and while it wasn’t pain-free, it was way more tolerable than I expected. The results are amazing—smooth, no irritation, and super clean. I’ll definitely be back for my next session!
